The legal reason for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (e.g., booking management), and the legitimate interest of the Controller in direct marketing pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The Controller uses your personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and for 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship, unless the law requires a longer retention period (e.g., for accounting and tax purposes).
