General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") of per capita s. r. o., with its registered office at Národní obrany 456/2, 160 00 Praha 6, identification number: 07363958, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Městským soudem v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 299837 (hereinafter the "Operator"), regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or pursuant to the use of the CatCafe Prague services and the website.
2. Services and Conclusion of Contract
The Operator provides a pay-by-time cat café service. A contract is concluded when the customer creates a booking online or enters the café premises. The Operator reserves the right to refuse service to any person violating the House Rules.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
The price for the service is charged based on the time spent in the café. The first 60 minutes are charged at a fixed rate, followed by a per-minute rate according to the current price list. All prices include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the end of the visit. The customer can pay in cash or by credit card.
4. House Rules and Customer Obligations
The customer is obliged to follow the House Rules, which prioritize the safety and well-being of the animals. Waking sleeping cats, forceful handling, feeding animals human food, and flash photography are strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Operator reserves the right to expel a customer without compensation if these rules are breached.
5. Liability and Claims (Reklamace)
Interacting with animals carries inherent risks. The Operator is not liable for minor injuries (e.g., scratches) caused by normal animal behavior, provided the Operator fulfilled their duty of care. The customer is liable for any damage they cause to the Operator's property or the animals. Any claims regarding the service must be made immediately on-site.
6. Consumer Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute arising from a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may file a motion for out-of-court settlement with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate - ADR Department, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, Email: adr@coi.cz, Web: adr.coi.cz.
7. Final Provisions
